This acrylic painting was painted for my wife for her 2010 birthday. Again, it was painted totally during pre-school hours.
The picture depicts a lady (representing my wife- Barbara), standing in front of a huge sculpture at the 1904 World's Fair. The structure , MacNeil's `Physical Strength,' was on a terrence above the fountains and basin. Again, I went with gold towers on the Palace of Machinery, which is the far distance. In the far distance, you can see the pike's Tyrolean Alps which was awful to letteer that small. LOL
Though I do not know if many ladies wore this color, especially in warm weather, I gave Barbara's dress a hue that she'd like.
